In collaboration with Chief Development Officer and Community Engagement Director, develop and closely monitor branch budget (revenue and expenses) to ensure we deliver on revenue goals.
Conduct volunteer enrollments including: individual orientations, child safety education, interviews, and completion of any other enrollment processes. Assess the necessity of home visits and complete as indicated.
Essential to the Big Brothers Big Sisters brand, the primary function of this position is to provide match support to ensure child safety, positive impacts for youth, constructive and satisfying relationships between children and volunteers, and a strong sense of affiliation with Big Brothers Big Sisters on the part of volunteers.
For this position, the successful candidate will also coordinate our high-quality, after school mentoring program. This involves creating activity curricula, managing high school mentors, teaching leadership skills, and nurturing long-lasting match relationships, while working closely with school and after- school personnel.
