Big Brothers Big Sisters Mountain Region is looking for a community focused energetic team player to join our program team. Program tasks include customer service, interviewing, conducting background checks, providing match support, conducting research surveys, case management, training, community outreach, and recruitment. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree, Driver’s License. Spanish speaking skills preferred but not required. Experience working with youth and families in Northern NM, customer service, database and Microsoft Suite. Some irregular hours and travel necessary.
