Local Children’s Agency names Jill Johnston as Manager of Public Relations and

Stewardship

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Florida, BBBSNEFL, recently promoted Jill Johnston to Manager of Public Relations and Stewardship. Johnston will be focusing on media, corresponding with friends of BBBSNEFL and keeping fund-raisers engaged with the organization.

Johnston has been with the agency since 2005, beginning with the Program Department, then moving into the Intake and Enrollment Department. With Johnston’s 2 1/2 year background with the agency and a degree in Communications/Public Relations, she will continue to bring agency background knowledge and experience to her position. 

 “I am excited to be promoted within the organization and to be able to create new communications strategies and marketing material for the agency,” Johnston said. BBBSNEFL, CEO Warren Grymes stated “We are pleased to promote one of our own within the organization and as always are confident in her abilities.”
