Bowl for Kids' Sake 2009 is here!

Bowl For Kids’ Sake is an annual fundraising program for Big Brothers Big Sisters. To meet the growing demand in Greater Cleveland for safe and successful mentoring relationships, we have set a goal of raising $150,000 from the BFKS campaign which will allow us to match 150 of our waiting children with a Big Brother or Big Sister!
Thank you to everyone who came out to bowl on at our first Public Bowl on March 14th at Freeway Lanes in Parma!
We offer both private and public bowls.
Public bowls are open to anyone who has raised $150 in pledges.
Our next Public Bowl will take place:
Saturday, April 18, 2009 from 2-4 p.m. at Freeway Lanes in Solon.

Cleveland Arby's Charity Tour
Making a Difference in the Lives of Cleveland's Youth
The Arby's Charity Tour is back in town! This year marks the Arby's Chairty Tour's 11th annual event and will be held at the pestigious Firestone Country Club. Please join us on Monday, August 17, 2009 for a great round of golf and exciting live and silent auctions. The proceeds will benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Cleveland and the Arby's Foundation.
By participating in the Arby's Charity Tour Cleveland, you are helping to ensure that every child in the Cleveland area who needs or wants a mentor will be matched with a positive role model.
Arby's is also committed to making a difference in the lives of America's youth and created the Arby's Foundation and the Arby's Charity Tour to help support its national charity, Big Brothers Big Sisters. The Arby's Charity Tour, through golf tournaments, auctions, special events, and restaurant fundraising, is a means for Big Brothers Big Sisters, Arby's and local community partners to come together to support the yourth in their city.

Our Big Brother and Big Sister of the Year were reconized at this year's Annual Meeting. Big Sister Shena Ellis and Big Brother Tim McNamara were presented with plaques honoring thier commitment and the difference they have made in the lives of their Littles.
