In partnership with the Old Stone Education Center (www.oldstonefoundation.org), Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Cleveland is working to provide mentors for students that attend the center. This partnership has been in effect since February of 2009. The goal is to match students with area women who want to make a difference in a family’s life. The Center’s hope is that by providing a positive role model in their student’s lives, they will understand the correlation between attitude, attendance, education, and success! The volunteers come from AT&T, Key Bank, & Poly One, to name a few. Please check out a recent article from the Call and Post: Old Stone Sees Increase in GED Grads
