In August of 2013, Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity (SigEp) selected Big Brothers Big Sisters of America as the Fraternity’s single national philanthropic and service-learning partner.
SigEp’s own Cardinal Principles of Virtue, Diligence, and Brotherly Love align with Big Brothers Big Sisters’ core principles of mentorship, trust, and impact of positive role models. Big Brothers Big Sisters also has an agency within 40 miles of nearly every SigEp chapter, giving more than 15,000 undergraduate SigEp members the opportunity to make a positive influence in the lives of young men through this partnership.
