Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Southeast Louisiana continues to provide high quality mentoring services to children and youth living in southeast Louisiana. Despite multiple disasters and the economic downturn, we continue to reach out to those children and youth most in need of a caring mentor. 87% of each dollar that is donated goes to direct program service... and we are one of the few charities that has been proven to have a measurable positive impact on the lives of the children and youth we serve. Throughout high school, Joe stuck by his commitment to inspire and help his Little Brother navigate the challenges, and his efforts paid off handsomely. Today, Aldo is a successful college student.
