Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Bluegrass has numerous enjoyable and exciting events taking place throughout the year. They provide fun and funds for our agency. From family fun events to golf tournaments, as well as, events in the community for our Bigs and Littles to participate. There is something for everyone! Professionally planned and executed by our experienced staff or our community partners these events are a great way for people to have fun while supporting the BBBS mission. Big Ride Poker Run
Saturday, October 3
The Big Ride is a Poker Run which will be a 100+ mile ride throught Fayette, Bourbon, Clark and Montgomery Counties with 5 stops. Food and refreshments will be served at the end of the run where prizes will be given to the best and worst hands.
All Riders Welcome!

Shop for a Cause gives you the opportunity to give back to your community by purchasing a $5.00 Shopping Pass for exclusive savings in every Macy's store on Oct. 17, 2009 and Big Brothers Big Sisters keeps 100% of the proceeds from the Shopping Passes. Plus, you can enter to win a $500 Macy's Gift Card!
To buy your Shopping Pass, contact your Case Manager or our Lexington office at 859.231.8181. These Shopping Passes will also be sold on October 17th in front of Macy's between 1:00-2:00pm. You must buy a pass from a BBBS staff memeber to have the proceeds go to Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Bluegrass. Arby's Golf Tournament
The 12th annual Arby’s Charity Tour Golf Tournament will be held on October 19th at the University Club of Kentucky.

3 different levels of Haunted Houses:
· Kiddie Friendly - Ages 5-8 (Girl Scouts/Boy Scouts)
· Intermediately Spooky - Ages 9-15 (Big Brothers Big Sisters)
· I won’t go in Spooky - Adults (Buffalo Trace employees and KSU Students)
Also - Haunted Hay Rides, Candy, Cider and tons of Mischief for ALL
We need your help to set up during the day or to do some Spooking during the nightly event…or both!
