Paul is Vice President, Institutional Sales at Stifel, Nicolaus & Co., Inc.  Prior to joining the board he was with American Express Financial Advisors and Piper Capital Management.  Paul is chair of the development committee, co-chair of the BBBS individual giving committee and a member of the investment advisory committees. He is a graduate of Carleton College and a former Big Brother.  Paul, his wife Lynne and son live in Minneapolis.
