As Vice President of Marketing and Business Unit Director for General Mills, Inc., Anton manages the Baking Products Division portfolio of iconic brands including Betty Crocker dessert products, Bisquick and Gold Medal flour. Additionally, he maintains responsibility for new product development, strategic growth channels and provides corporate leadership for the Betty Crocker brand equity. Prior to returning to General Mills in 2000, he served as Managing Principal, Delta Bluff, LLC - a restaurant holding company he helped found whose primary holding was a 14 united Applebee's franchise. Past work experiences include MCI Telecommunications and Fidelity Investments. Anton's current board service includes BBBS (where he serves on the development committee), Vice Chairman of General Mills Federal Credit Union, Vice Chairman of Milestone Growth Fund and the Indiana University's Center for Brand Leadership Advisory board. He received his MBA from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University and bachelor's degree in finance from Sam Houston State University. Anton lives in Minnetonka with his wife and two children.
