John is Vice President of Business Integration and Compliance, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Retail Centralized Platform.  His team currently provides leadership, facilitation and resources in the areas of Change Management, Project Management, Performance Measurement, Process Documentation and Compliance.  He has been with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage since 1993 in the additional positions of Home Mortgage Consultant, Sales Systems Consultant, and Relocation Telesales Manager.  In 2000, he led the development of the Performance Measurement Group which he managed for five years.  This team provides quality observation, trending, and improvement recommendations in the areas of customer experience, process execution and technical accuracy for compliance and salability.  He has facilitated sessions throughout the centralized retail organization, to their clients and at various call center conferences on the topics of service excellence, leadership, competency development, personal accountability and quality methodology.  He studied Communications Theory and Organizational Management and earned a mini-masters certification in Quality Management both at the University of St. Thomas in St Paul, Minn.  John lives in rural western Wisconsin with his wife, Amy and their three children.
