Education and Enrichment Opportunities and Events

Weekly College and Scholarship Application Workshops
These workshops are open for senior Littles who want assistance with their college and scholarship applications. Littles may attend sessions every week, or stop by occasionally when they need assistance. Please email Monica at least two days in advance if you plan on attending a workshop. Include details about what you hope to work on. You can also meet with Monica individually or with her and your Big. Simply email her to request an appointment.

Youth Leadership Opportunities
The Education and Enrichment program at Big Brothers Big Sisters is developing a Community-based Youth Leadership Council and a Community-based High School Leadership Council to engage young leaders with the Big Brothers Big Sisters mission and programming. Council members will have the opportunity to build their leadership skills, become leaders within the organization by driving the planning of activities for middle school and high school matches, participate in special events, and enhance their resumes and college applications. This is a reminder for all members of the CHSLC that our next meeting will be taking place on the evening of November 24 at the BBBS Office. Dinner will be provided!
