STEP-UP through Achieve!Minneapolis – STEP-UP is a summer employment program for diverse, skilled and motivated youth.  They recruit, train, and place youth aged 16-21 in paid summer jobs with local employers.

Inroads – Inroads places minority youth into paid internships in business and industry to prepare them for corporate and community leadership.

Minnesota Business Venture through BestPrep – BestPrep’s Minnesota Business Venture (MBV) provides an experiential opportunity for high school students to learn about starting their own business, career opportunities, how to invest, and how to make the most of their money. During MBV, students live on a college campus in the dorms and have a mentor/facilitator from the business community who leads them through the week's many activities.
