Rich Lightsey
Key Accounts Director, 3M Display & Graphics Business; 3M Center

Rich Lightsey has been a leader for most of his 27+ year career at 3M. He currently is the Key Account Director of 3M Display & Graphics Business.

He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, River Falls, with a BS in Pre-Law and an MSE in Psychology. Throughout his career, Rich has advanced 3M’s competitiveness by being an effective Sales and Marketing Professional as well as mentoring/coaching many employees to successful careers in their own right. He is known as an exceptional negotiator and a seasoned business professional.

Rich was on the Board of Directors with the Convent of the Visitation School for five years as well as involved in many church activities, including the Men’s Choir.

Rich has two children, a daughter, Tamara Alisha Lightsey, and a son, R.J. Lightsey.
