Rich Lightsey

Rich currently servesas the Key Account Director of 3M's Display and Graphics Business. He has been with 3M for more than 27 years and has been a leader at 3M for the majority of his career. Rich has held various positions in the Memory Technology Group, in addition to leading Specialty Film and Video. Throughout his career, he has advanced 3M's competitiveness by being an effective Sales and Marketing Professional, as well as mentoring many employees to successful careers in their own right. Rich is known as an exceptional negotiator and a seasoned business professional. He has a B.S. in Pre-law and an MSE in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin, River Falls.
