Join Our College Advisory Board
Advise Big Brothers and Big Sisters on marketing/recruitment opportunities on your campus. Assist with Back-to-School marketing as well as other events. Other duties include distributing marketing materials, staffing events, and/or pitching stories about Big Brothers Big Sisters to your campus newspaper and/or TV station. Become a Big Brother or Big Sister
Volunteer as a mentor to a young person at a local school. No special skills required just a willingness and enthusiasm to listen and have fun.
Who is eligible?
This program is open to all students enrolled in a post-secondary education program at least part-time.
What is the time commitment?
The minimum volunteer commitment is one hour per week for a year. Specific times for volunteering at the school will vary according to the volunteer’s schedule and the requirements of the site.
