Southern Utah Announces 2009 Big Brothers of the Year

Little Brother Jesse's mom thought Jesse needed a male influence in his life since he was surrounded by only woman -his mom and two sisters. She's been overwhelmed by the impact Big Brother Ken has had in her son's life with his increased happinesses and improved self-confidence. Ken loves being able to share everyday experiences with Jesse because he's excited by everything and loves to learn new things. Big Brother Ken has noticed his life has been enriched since he began working with Jesse as well and says, "this is by far the most rewarding experience for me."

Ken was awarded the 2009 Southern Utah Big Brother of the Year for all his caring, attention and dedication.
