May Fishing Trip a Success!

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Sitka would like to thank all the great community members that contributed to a successful fishing excursion on Saturday, May 16th.

Bigs and Littles cruised the waters around Sitka, enjoyed the clear skies and local sea-life, and pulled in a few good catches along the way.

We were fortunate enough to work with Theresa Weiser, Bev Minn, and Susan Suarez of The Sitka Charter Boat Operators Association in coordinating the event. Special thanks to Neva Point Charters, Alaska Premier Charters, Kingfisher Charters, and Alaska Adventures for providing reliable boats and friendly captains.

We hope Sitka will continue to provide such meaningful support to its children and affiliated non-profits!
