Create a legacy and help at-risk children year-after-year by setting up an endowment or college scholarship with Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Endowment Contributions of $20,000 will annually place a mentor in the life of an at-risk child in perpetuity. Based upon an annual return of 5%, endowment gifts help Big Brothers Big Sisters annually recruit, train and match a new mentor and supports that mentor’s match to an at-risk child in North Texas for an entire year.

The Promise Scholarship Program helps youth beginning in seventh grade prepare for college with mentoring support for six years up to high school graduation. Upon graduation, the scholarship program provides a four-year scholarship for the student’s college education.

Scholarships cost $1,000 per year in operational expenses for one match.  A $10,000 gift covers both the college preparation support in high school and the scholarship for college (6 years of high school and 4 years of college).
