Know Someone who might make a great Big?

There are children waiting to be matched with a great Big Brother or Big Sister just like you. Do you know someone who would make a great Big? Word-of-mouth referrals are the #1 reason others decide to volunteer. 

 Here are simple suggestions for recruiting more great Bigs:

• Send an e-mail to your friends, family and co-workers about how fun and easy it is to be a Big.
• Become a fan on our Facebook, follow us on Twitter, and YouTube channel. 

• Invite a Big Brothers Big Sisters recruiter from your local agency to host a brown bag lunch or attend a staff meeting at your office or your faith community.
• Write about your experiences in your employee newsletter.
• Carry a photo of your Little in your wallet. Tell your story in the grocery line, at the water cooler or anywhere else people will listen.
• Ask readers to apply online or call 888-887-BIGS to get started today.

Big League
Hello Bigs! Do you wish there was a way you could be more involved with our agency?  WE NEED YOU!  With all of the great activities happening, Big Brothers and Big Sisters relies on our Bigs for additional help and support through the Big League. Big League is a group made up of Big Brothers, Big Sisters and unmatched volunteers from every part of our service area. If you enjoy assisting with the planning and implementation of Match Activities, Big League is the place for you!
