Big Brother Prince always encouraged his Little Brother Jonathan to strive for academic excellence and to be the first in his family to graduate High School. Throughout high school, Prince stuck by his commitment to inspire and help his Little Brother navigate the challenges, and his efforts paid off handsomely. Today, Jonathan is a successful college student.

Former Match Celebrates 40th Anniversary, Former Little Brother Becomes Big Brother
Steve Rodriguez of Garden Grove and Ben Smets of Murrieta celebrated the 40^th anniversary of their match through Big Brothers Big Sisters. The pair reunited to celebrate Steve’s 50^th birthday; Steve was age 10 and a resident of Whittier when he was matched to Ben, today age 73, through the Big Brothers Big Sisters’ Los Angeles office.
