We are a donor and volunteer supported organization. Our mission is to improve the lives
of children and strengthen communities through professionally-supported,
one-to-one mentoring relationships. In 2008, we
made and supported 4,300 mentoring matches between children and "Bigs."

Our impact on children
Bigs and Littles have fun together - and create memories that last a lifetime. Independent research confirms that the time that these Bigs spend with a child — reading books, playing games, eating ice cream — can make a profound difference in the life of a child.
Littles are less likely to begin
using illegal drugs and alcohol; less likely to skip school
or classes; and better able to get along with friends and family.
