Customer Relations Team
Whether the call is from a parent interested in finding out about enrolling their child as a Little in our mentoring programs or from a volunteer who is interested in becoming a Big Brother or Big Sister, our Customer Relations team makes sure that these initial contacts are positive and productive.
Match Support Team
Big Brothers Big Sisters is the blue ribbon mentoring program, with proven positive impact on children — and our Match Support Team plays a vital role in making sure that all matches are strong, happy, and productive. Match Support Specialists have regular contact with our matches — and all of BBBS SEPA relies on them to share the heartwarming stories they hear from Bigs, Littles, and parents.
Enrollment and Match Team
Enrollment and Match Specialists are our matchmakers — the ones who learn all they can about children and potential volunteers so that they can, after careful consideration, match each child with the Big Brother or Big Sister who is best for them. It's a bit of art, a bit of the Big Brothers Big Sisters science of making matches — but, most of all, it's about seeing the smile on the faces of children who meet their Big for the first time.
Recruitment Team
Our Recruitment Team makes the magic of mentoring happen by recruiting volunteers to become Big Brothers and Big Sisters. Whether at a corporate site, a college or university, or other location, the volunteer recruitment sessions led by the Recruitment Team are a great opportunity for people to learn about becoming a Big.
Marketing & Communications
Our Marketing & Communications staff members are continually inspired by our matches, and they are driven to share and communicate this inspiration with everyone. The more we share our stories and our passion, the more we will be able to recruit volunteers and serve more children.
Human Resources
Our Human Resources department is driven to help recruit and hire the best possible candidates for openings within BBBS SEPA, and to provide all members of our organization with necessary personnel support and information. Our Human Resources department enhances the support services provided so that everyone involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters has the tools they need to do the best job possible.
Finance Department
Our Finance Department provides critical administrative support for the activities and initiatives of BBBS SEPA. The Finance Department assists in achieving Agency goals and objectives by effectively assuming responsibility for a variety of accounting and personnel-related functions and processes.
Our Fund Development Department brings funding to BBBS SEPA, so that we can continue to provide Bigs to more children.
