Know someone who would be great for our organization? Big Brothers Big Sisters Southeastern PA (BBBS SEPA) has expanded its Employee Referral Program to include Big Brothers and Big Sisters. If you are a Big, you can refer someone for a position at our agency and be rewarded for your efforts!
If you refer someone for a job at BBBS SEPA and your candidate is hired and remains employed in good standing for six months, you are eligible to receive a referral bonus of $125.00.
