The Match Support Specialist is responsible for providing match support to ensure child safety, positive impacts for youth, constructive and satisfying relationships between children and volunteers, and a strong sense of affiliation with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Puget Sound on part of the volunteers. This position will produce positive outcomes in the following areas: match closure rate, frequency of match closures, average match length, volunteer rematch rate and customer satisfaction. Conversational Spanish required.

Jefferson County School Based Coordinator

Latino Mentoring Initiative Intern
The Latino Mentoring Initiative Intern is responsible for collaborating with the Associate Director of Executive Projects and the Latino Mentoring Team to create and optimize strategies to recruit enough high quality volunteer candidates and children for our programs to meet agency goals to serve Latino/Hispanic communities in the Puget Sound region. The Latino Mentoring Initiative Intern is also responsible for collecting, tracking, and reporting recruitment data, and for assisting in the execution of the agency’s recruitment for volunteers and children strategies.

IT Manager
The IT Manager oversees and facilitates the acquisition, implementation, maintenance and support of all Agency and Donation Center technology systems including network servers, operating system, firewall and virus software, workstations, printers, e-mail system, daily back-ups, various application software, remote access and telecommunications/VOIP equipment/applications.

IT & Facilities Coordinator
The IT & Facilities Coordinator provides excellent Help Desk service to all employees to troubleshoot technology problems and provide assistance and training on applications; maintains network documentation and user manuals; and maintains and troubleshoots office machines such as copiers, printers, telecommunications equipment, and fax machines. Helps employees maximize their productivity through technology, minimizes downtime of all of the above systems and functions, and provides excellent customer service.
