Community Recruitment Coordinator
The Community Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for recruiting adult volunteers and youth participants into a mentorship program in accordance with the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Puget Sound brand. The position is additionally responsible for building and maintaining ongoing and successful community based partnerships and assisting in department efforts. This position will produce positive outcomes in the following areas: volunteers recruited, youth participants recruited, and community partnerships developed.

Development Coordinator
The Development Coordinator is responsible for managing the development databases including accounting reconciliation, providing event support and volunteer management. The Development Coordinator provides relevant information to help facilitate strategy development, cultivation and solicitation of donors; maintains confidential, easily retrievable records and information about donors as well as be responsible for the documenting of development procedures and will help identify potential donors who have the capacity to make major and leadership gifts along with the Director Development.

Partnership Coordinator VISTA
The Partnership Coordinator VISTA is responsible for collaborating with the Outreach Supervisor to create and optimize strategies to recruit enough high quality volunteer candidates and children for our programs to meet agency goals. The Partnership Coordinator VISTA is also repsonsible for collecting, tracking, and reporting recruitment data, and for assisting in the execution of the agency's recruitment strategies for volunteers and children.

IT & Facilities Coordinator
The IT & Facilities Coordinator, under the direction of the Director of Finance & Administration, facilitates the maintenance and support of all Agency technology systems including network servers, operating system, firewall and virus software, workstations, printers, e-mail system, daily back-ups, various application software, remote access and telecommunications/VOIP equipment/applications. The IT & Facilities Coordinator provides excellent Help Desk service to all employees to troubleshoot technology problems and provide assistance and training on applications; maintains network documentation and user manuals; maintains and troubleshoots office machines such as copiers, printers, telecommunications equipment, and fax machines; and is responsible for routine facilities maintenance.

The Partnership Coordinator Intern is responsible for being available to table at events, fairs and festivals promoting Big Brothers Big Sisters. The intern will also help with partnership prospecting and cultivation, community networking and awareness-raising of the Big Brothers Big Sisters programs.

Community Recruitment Internship
The Community Recruitment Intern is responsible for collaborating with the Advocacy and Community Engagement Team to recruit volunteers and children for our one-to-one mentoring program. The Community Recruitment Intern will be responsible for assisting Community Recruitment Coordinators with their targeted recruitment efforts. The Community Recruitment Intern will also assist with the goals of the Advocacy and Community Engagement Department, which include assisting with the coordination of a State Legislative Advocacy Day in February.
