The Kroger Gift Card Program
How would you like to make a financial contribution to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Mississippi by simply buying groceries, gas or prescription medications from Kroger?
It is as simple as 1-2-3!
1) Complete the order form and send it with a $5 contribution for every card you order.
2) BBBSMS will send you a Kroger Gift Card that is especially coded just for BBBSMS and loaded with $5 you will be able to spend at your local Kroger.
3) Every time you put money on your Kroger Gift Card, Kroger will give 5% of that value to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Mississippi!
You can use your Kroger Gift Card for any purchase in the Kroger store, pharmacy or gas station and Big Brothers Big Sisters will get a contribution of 5%! You don’t have to do anything more than load the Kroger Gift Card and buy what you normally would buy. You still get the Kroger discounts and rewards you have always gotten and now make a contribution to a non-profit that you support with your time.
Why not purchase a card for your child to use while at college, your teenager to use for gas, as a gift for your employees for the holidays, special teacher and so on! The more cards you buy and the more they are reloaded, the more you help us provide positive mentoring to the children of our community! Order a card for every member of your family. It makes shopping convenient and helps Big Brothers Big Sisters of Mississippi too!
How the Kroger Gift Card Works
1) Purchase the Kroger Gift Card (value of $5) from Big Brothers Big Sisters of Mississippi.
2) Recharge your gift card up to $500 with cash, credit card/debit card, or a check at the Guest Services Desk and use your Kroger Gift Card at check-out to pay for your items. (You can recharge up to $100 at the register as well. If you choose this method, you must recharge the Kroger Gift Card first in a separate transaction)
3) Your card will only expire if it remains at “0.00” balance for 90 days. Once the card expires you will need to replace it with a new card from Big Brothers Big Sisters of Mississippi. It cannot be re-activated. If your card won’t scan, ask the cashier to manually enter the Kroger Gift Card number until it is at “0.00” balance, then order a new Kroger Gift Card from Big Brothers Big Sisters of Mississippi.
