Fall Retreat at Camp Kentahten: October 16-18th
It's time for the BBBS Fall Retreat at beautiful Camp Kentahten, located in Campbellsville, KY. Fifty (50) matches are invited to attend the camp from Friday, October 16th to Sunday, October 18th. The camp is free and all meals are included! The camp occupies 50 acres of waterfront property on Green River Lake. Programs include team-building exercises, swimming, canoeing, kayaking, water-skiing, tubing, and mountain biking (weather permitting, of course). Please note this change: Matches must arrive at the camp by 7:00 p.m. on Friday night and stay all weekend until after lunch on Sunday. Everyone will stay in a fully equipped cabin. Snacks will be provided on Friday night but dinner will not be served so please eat your evening meal before arriving at the camp. Camp forms must be completed for the Little and turned in at camp upon your arrival. Please RSVP by Wednesday, October 14th to your Match Support Specialist via phone or email.
You're Invited!
We would love to see many of our Bigs and Littles at our Ribbon Cutting Ceremony, 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., and/or Open House, 4:00 - 7:00 pm, on Tuesday, October 6th. Attendees will be tour our newly renovated campus and members of the media will be present. We'd love for them to see our Bigs and Littles having fun, playing corn hole, making thank you notes, etc. If you'd like to be part of the fun by coming by the office for a short while sometime during either or both of the events, just let us know! Friendship Celebration: October 25th
Our Annual Friendship Celebration will be held on Sunday, October 25th from 2:00-4:00 p.m. so mark your calendars now! You are invited to join in the fun as we celebrate each of you at our newly renovated offices located at 1519 Gardiner Lane. This year's celebration promises to be a fun-filled day for everyone that will feature live entertainment, lots of fun interactive booths, and much more! Two teen bands are signed-on to perform at our event too - T.O.B. (That One Bank) and My Fake Hero. T.O.B. is made up of four musicians from Southern Indiana who perform Pop/Rock/Alternative music and My Fake Hero is a Punk/Rock Alternative band from Southern Indiana made up of five talented teen musicians. Watch your email for more details and don't forget to bring your lawn chairs!

Helping Hands was designed as a way for Nanz & Kraft to continuously give something back to their community all year long. The combination of MissionFish’s technology and nonprofit expertise, plus eBay's active global community, forms the eBay Giving Works program. It allows sellers to give proceeds from their sales to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Kentuckiana, and helps us raise funds by selling on eBay too.
