Big Brothers Big Sisters has served the Upstate region of South Carolina since 1970.  Today, BBBS Upstate helps children ages six through 18 reach their full potential in six Upstate counties:  Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, Oconee, Pickens and Laurens.  BBBS Upstate serves between 600 and 700 children a year through its signature one-to-one mentoring.
