The nation’s leading youth mentoring organization is growing to reach local children who need a Big Brother or Big Sister.

Big Brothers Big Sisters is the oldest, largest and most effective youth mentoring organization in the United States. We have been the leader in one-to-one youth service for more than a century, developing positive relationships that have a direct and lasting impact on the lives of young people. Big Brothers Big Sisters serves children, ages 5 through 17, in communities across the country - including yours.  Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Memphis, Inc has been serving the Memphis community for 40 years. The children served by this agency are from all races and econmic backgrounds.  The common denominator for our children is a need for a supervised, quality friendship that promotes caring love and trust.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Memphis, Inc. offers a number of programs with one aim in mind, providing strong role models for children and adolescents who desperately need someone in their lives who will make a difference between a future bright with hope or filled with despair.

Our mission is to make a positive difference in the lives of children and youth and to assist them in achieving their highest potential as they grow to become confident, competent, and caring individuals.
