Adrienne Bailey

President & CEO

Adrienne Bailey accepted the position of Executive Director for Big Brothers Big Sisters in February 1995.   At that time, there were only two case managers on staff. Through hard work, dedication and a determination to heighten the awareness of the agency and expand the services it provided, she has successfully assembled an enthusiastic and devoted staff that includes six case managers, an administrative team which consists of three members of the executive team and an administrative assistant, a development team and partnerships with The University of Memphis and Rhodes College for student interns.  Mrs. Bailey is passionate about the mission of Big Brothers Big Sisters and fervently believes that we can all make positive changes in the lives of children by caring and sharing in ways that nourish their souls. A wife and proud mother of two sons, she loves shopping, traveling, and meeting new people.

Susan George

V.P. of Programs

Susan George is the Vice President of Program for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Memphis, Inc.  She studied at the University of Memphis, and State Technical Institute of Memphis.  She is passionate about the mission of BBBSGM and works tirelessly to assist President/CEO, Adrienne Bailey in promoting, developing and advancing the services provided to children in the Memphis Community.  She has been with the agency for 10 years.  She says, “It is amazing the amount of progress that the agency has made over the years.”  She attributes their success to three key elements- staff teamwork,  great volunteers and community partners.  She is a wife and proud mother of three teen-agers.  Her passion for child advocacy has a strong link to the many positive mentors that has touched her life.  She loves drawing, watercolor painting, computers, relaxing with a good book, and spending time with family and friends.  

 

Kimberly Davis

Amachi Program Manager

Kimberly (Kim) Davis is a graduate of the University of Memphis.  She began her career with Big Brothers Big Sisters as a Intern from the U of M.  Her work was so impressive that Mrs. Bailey decided to hire her as a full-time Case Manager.  That was over ten years ago.  She has grown with the agency and is now a member of the Management Team.  She overseas the Amachi Faith Base mentoring program as the Amachi Program Manager as well as assist in making major decisions on behalf of the agency.  Kimberly has work on many projects and programs for BBBSGM, but states, “This is the most rewarding program that I have ever undertaken.”  “I truly feel this is my calling- to help children that are in desperate  need of a mentor”. We are give this population a voice which in the past they didn't have.  Kimberly is a wife and mother to two beautiful children.  She has a little boy and girl.  She loves shopping, decorating and relaxing with a good magazine.  In addition to spending time with her family, she has answered the call to become a BIG.  She currently mentors a little girl in the Amachi program. 

Yolanda Webb

Director of Program Operations

Yolanda Webb, a graduate of Jackson State University with a Bachelors of Art in Social Work, has been committed to BBBSGM for 14 years.  She  has a passion working with the community youth.  She is a wife and a happy mother of one.  She enjoys shopping, traveling, entertaining, and most importantly, spending time with family and friends.
