Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Bay Area provides mentoring services to youth in five counties. We seek an experienced, highly organized and results-oriented Program Director to be a part of the senior management team. Working with the CEO and CDO, this individual will help us grow to serve 5,000 children by 2010. Minimum qualifications include great management and problem-solving skills, with a minimum of 10 years track record of effectively leading program staff, managing change and performance accountability. Requirements also include: demonstrated success in partnership development, human resources, coaching/training staff, experience in strategic planning and exceptional interpersonal skills. This is a position for a leader who can build on our positive results, leading a service delivery staff of 18 staff members at present, and growing to an anticpated 60+ in a few short years.
