POSITION TITLE: Vice President of Programs
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: This position ensures match growth, match retention and match length goals through leadership of recruitment, match and retention functions. It is an exempt position that reports directly to the CEO. Located in our central office in Largo, FL, the VPP manages a department of 25+ program employees and travels occasionally to our two branch offices in Citrus and Hernando counties.
QUALIFICATIONS: Masters degree, plus 5-8 years of related work experience required with progressive management responsibilities, preferably at the senior management level. DFWP/EOE.

POSITION TITLE: Director of Grants
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: researching, writing and managing a variety of grants and growing this revenue source

POSITION TITLE: Youth Caregiver Coordinator (PT 20 hrs/wk)
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: The Youth Caregiver Coordinator will conduct in-home and school-based case management work for the new Youth Caregivers program. Occasional weekend hours weekend hours will apply for recreational activities, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors in social services with experience, Masters preferred. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus. Must have reliable transportation. Background screen required.

POSITION TITLE: Support Group Assistant for Kinship Services Network of Pinellas - Part Time (10 hrs/wk) Two Positions available!
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: The Support Group Assistant will aid in planning and coordinating monthly social activities and groups, attend/assist with events, purchase supplies, coordinate family participation, develop monthly calendar/newsletter, etc. This position requires attendance at both evening support groups per month (1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month from 6:00pm to 8:00pm) and two weekend activities (i.e. museums, picnics, etc).
QUALIFICATIONS: Experience with relative caregiving preferred. Creativity and flexibility a plus! Reliable transportation availabe to attend meetings and activities. Background screen required.
