Executive Team

 

Arthur Mollenhauer
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Mollenhauer joins BBBSMC following a distinguished, 24-year career with Baxter Healthcare where he served in General Management, Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Financial Management roles.  Mr. Mollenhauer also has served Lake County BBBS as a volunteer Big Brother and Board Member over the last 7 years and was also a fellow in the Leadership Greater Chicago Program.  He has traveled extensively and has lived in Rome, Miami and Los Angeles. His family is active supporters of many Cultural and Academic institutions in the metropolitan area as well as the United Way campaign.

He is graduate of Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and Eastern Illinois University. He was born in Chicago and attended Morton West High School in Berwyn and he currently resides with his wife in north suburban Evanston. 

 

 

Cheryl Howard
Senior Director of Mentoring Programs

Cheryl Howard joins BBBS of Metro Chicago as Senior Director of Mentoring Programs. Cheryl will assume the responsibility of managing day to day operations and performance of the mentoring programs offered by BBBS of Metro Chicago.

Cheryl comes to BBBSMC with 15 years of service in the non-profit sector working with mentoring programs and volunteers. Most recently, Cheryl served as Director of Mentor and Volunteer Services for Chicago Youth Centers. Prior to CYC, Cheryl worked at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southeast Texas in Houston for five years. At BBBS Houston, Cheryl managed both Community and Site Based programs.

Cheryl is a native of Chicago. She graduated from Hyde Park Academy and DePaul University. Cheryl obtained a BA in Political Science with a minor in Communications

 

   

 Everado Franco

Director of Administration & Operations

 

Everardo Franco is the Director of Administration & Operations for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago.  His career has evolved to cross over all areas of administration and operations including benefits, employee relations, staffing, compensation, physical & technical infrastructure, legal compliance, strategic initiatives and day-to-day agency operations.  He was recently appointed to serve as a representative on the National BBBSA Hispanic Mentoring Initiative in Chicago.   Mr. Franco has been with BBBSMC for 5 years.   

 

Prior to his career with Big Brothers Big Sisters, Mr. Franco has worked with a variety of organizations including the National Center for Latinos with Disabilities (NCLD), where he held titles as Office Manager, Associate Director and Executive Director during his 10 year career with the NCLD.  Mr. Franco has also worked at the International Latino Cultural Center (formerly the CLC), and the National Puerto Rican Forum. 

Mr. Franco is a graduate of East-West University and resides in Chicago, Illinois.

 

 

Gerri Cicchinelli
Director of Fund Development

Gerri Cicchinelli is the Director of Fund Development for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago. She currently is responsible for all programs and appeals that result in donations from individuals. Also, she is responsible for the annual Little Moments Big Magic Golf Classic and the signature event, Purse Power. Prior to joining Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago in September, 2004, Ms. Cicchinelli held executive merchandising positions with divisions of Federated Department Stores, May Company and The Limited.

Gerri completed the Philanthropy and Fundraising program at the Northwestern School for Continuing Studies and is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati.  Gerri resides in Chicago with her two children. 

 

 

Johanna Agusta Sigurdardottir
Finance Manager

Johanna Agusta Sigurdardottir is the Finance Manager for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago. Johanna is responsible for all areas of Finance including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash Flow Management, Employee Payroll and monthly reporting to the BBBSMC Board of Directors Finance Committee.
 
To compliment her career, Ms. Sigurdardottir has worked for Islandsbanki Asset Management for 11 years and as a Financial Advisor and as Marketing Director.  She was also Finance Director and Treasurer of the Board for the Icelandi Handball Federation and worked most recently as the Business Advisor and Assistant for Koren Nelson Design.

Originally from Iceland, Ms. Sigurdardottir has lived in Chicago since 2002.  She is a graduate of The University of Iceland with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.  She currently resides in Chicago with her son and husband.

 

 

Michelle Treguboff
Director of Site Based Programs

Michelle Treguboff is the Director of Site Based Programs for Big Bothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago. Michelle is responsible for supervising the school, workplace and club based programs and seven program coordinators. She has been with the Agency for six years and has held positions of increasing responsibility in the Site Based Program area.

Michelle received a Masters of Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago and holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana.

 

Jessica Woldt
Director of Partnership Development

Jessica Woldt is the Director of Partnership Development for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago. Jessica is responsible for driving the agency’s strategic growth through the cultivation, recruitment and stewardship of mentor-rich corporations, cause-marketing partners, universities, school districts and other organizations that provide sustained financial and volunteer resources.

Prior to coming to BBBSMC, Jessica served as the After-School Program Director for the Union Square Partnership in New York, and spent three years as an Enrollment Specialist for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Massachusetts Bay. Jessica received a Masters in Public Administration from New York University’s Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service and is a graduate of Boston College
