2009 Corporate Partner of the Year - Omaha Steaks

Omaha Steaks is the 2009 Corporate Partner of the Year. They are a long time partner of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Midlands. Both the company and their employees support Big Brothers Big Sisters financially and with the gift of time.
Omaha Steaks employees and their friends and family participate in Bowl for Kids’ Sake each year. In the past two years, over 130 bowlers have made up bowling teams from Omaha Steaks, helping to raise more than $14,000 for Big Brothers Big Sisters. The Omaha Steaks bowling teams bring extra enthusiasm and creativity that make Bowl for Kids’ Sake such a fun event each year.
Omaha Steaks also donates the profits from their annual used book sale. Over the past three years, Omaha Steaks has donated almost $1,000 just from this activity that supports Big Brothers Big Sisters’ one-to-one mentoring program. They are also very supportive in donating office equipment and furniture, and promotional items used as prizes for Bowl for Kids’ Sake.
The ongoing support provided by Omaha Steaks and its employees allows Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Midlands to serve more children in need each year.
