Big Brothers Big Sisters of Alaska is one agency of teams.
This structure is referred to as a team based organization.
This innovative work environment relies upon teams to achieve the strategic objectives of the agency.

Each BBBS of Alaska staff member works on one of three functional teams (Service Delivery, Fund Development and Support). Staff are also a part of their Community Team, where they work with other staff in their local office to best serve their communities. Below is a chart which shows how these teams are intertwined.
