Reta V. Stanley
President & CEO
Employed with the organization since 1993, Stanley began her tenure at Big Brothers Big Sisters as the Service-Learning Program Facilitator where she worked in partnership with Flint Community Schools Youth Projects. Stanley’s efforts to assist the district with the implementation of service-learning resulted in the establishment of school-based mentoring programs. She has served as Assistant Director, Interim Executive Director, and named President/CEO in October of 2006.
Stanley’s non-profit involvement extends to her former membership on a number of local boards including the Salvation Army, Junior League and the Girl Scouts Fair Winds Council. She currently is serving on the Mentor Michigan Providers Council, is a member of LINKS, Inc. as well as a member of the Michigan State Association. She and her husband, State Representative, Woodrow Stanley, established the Woodrow Stanley Youth Foundation where they have awarded funds to area youth serving organizations and provided scholarships to young people who have engaged in service activities.

Latrelle Holmes
Vice President of Finance & Director of Amachi Mentoring
Latrelle has been with Big Brothers Big Sisters since July 2005. As the Vice President of Finance, he is responsible for the financial oversight and management of the organization. In November 2005, he additionally assumed the role of AMACHI Director, providing leadership and oversight to the program’s goals and initiatives.

Ashoka Rao
Director of Development
Ashoka Rao has been with the agency since December 2010 and serves as the Director of Development. Ashoka brings with her fifteen years of fundraising experience. She over sees all Fundraising events and aspects, Major Gift campaign, Corporate partnership and support, BBBS publications and marketing.

Lisa Humphrey
Vice President of Programs
Lisa Humphrey has been with Big Brothers Big Sisters since 2000. Lisa left the agency in 2003 and returned in 2008. As the Vice President of Programs, she provides supervision and leadership of Case Management staff, provides agency statistics, outcomes, and support, as well as assists in agency grant writing.

Jessica Lawrason
Administrative Assistant
Jessica has been employed with Big Brothers Big Sisters since August 2007. She provides administrative support to the staff and programs, performs Customer Relations, manages the agency’s data entry, and provides monthly program statistics. Jessica facilitates the Lunch Buddy program at Mt. Morris Junior High School, as well as coordinates the Annual Spring Flower Sale and Winter Holiday Fundraiser.

David McGhee
100 Men 100 Boys Program Coordinator
David has been employed with Brothers Big Sisters for since 2005. He oversees the agency’s focus to provide a mentoring experience to unmatched boys awaiting a Big Brother. In addition, he plays a critical role in recruitment efforts, and community/corporate partnership development.
