Big Idea Activity
- Schnuck’s Cooks Classes - Saturday mornings at 10:30am - January 17, 24, 31 and Feb 7 - In conjunction with their George Washington Carver exhibit and Black History Month, the MO History Museum is offering classes designed for kids to learn about Carver in a fun way, applying his scientific discoveries to their everyday life. A LIttle Something Extra
- Make sure to check out Project Peanut Butter and its goal to care for malnourished children in Africa. Check out: http://www.projectpeanutbutter.org/about.htm for more details.
- Pick a volunteer project to do together to help someone else. Suggestions: nursing home, homeless shelter, hospital, animal shelter, etc.
- Find a way to celebrate Martin Luther King, Jr. Day together
- Make a list of things you and your Little want to do/share together and start working through them!
- Put together a photo album or scrap book to chronicle your relationship so far.
