If you and your Little have been in the program 6 months, you are now able to have an overnight visit.  But are you and your Little ready?  Here are some steps to take before you schedule your overnight visit.   Keep in mind that overnights are not a program requirement, it all depends on what works for your match. 

1. 1.       Do you feel that your Little is ready for an overnight stay? Keep in mind age, maturity, and overall comfort of match.
3. 2.       Are you comfortable with being responsible for your Little overnight?
5. 3.       Have you spoken with your Little’s Parent or Guardian about their thoughts?  Do they think their child is ready to take this step?
7. 4.       Have you spoken to your MSS about their thoughts and your plans?
9. 5.       Do you have a private area for your Little to sleep and change?
