Big Brothers Big Sisters is the oldest, largest and most effective youth mentoring program in the United States. Locally founded in 1914, the Eastern Missouri affiliate is 12th largest in size among the agency's 470 affiliates across the country.
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri currently serves more than 2,500 children in one-to-one mentoring relationships.
