Two chefs: Albany vs. Saratoga!
Chef AJ Jayapal of The Brown Derby (Albany) and Chef John Ireland of Panza’s Restaurant (Saratoga) competed in a battle of culinary wits to create their finest dishes to be judged by a panel of local celebrity food experts.
Chef John Ireland was crowned the BIG Chef and will come back next year to compete against winner of our People’s Choice Award – 2Shea Catering!
