Bowl for Kids’ Sake is Big Brothers Big Sisters' signature fundraising and awareness program. For more than 20 years, Bigs, Littles, donors, corporations, and other community members have been raising money for Big Brothers Big Sisters by asking family and friends for their financial support. We thank our supporters in bowling centers throughout the country.
Bowl for Kids’ Sake events around the country have been instrumental in raising money and visibility for Big Brothers Big Sisters:
- In 2004, Bowl for Kids’ Sake events raised over $20.5 million to benefit local children
- More than 500,000 people participate in Bowl for Kids’ Sake events annually as bowlers and team captains
- More than 2,000,000 donors contribute through Bowl for Kids’ Sake annually
- In 2011, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Columbia raised over $41,000 to benefit the children served by our programs who live in Lexington and Richland Counties of South Carolina.
