Chili-Dawg Challenge
October 29, 2009
The 11th Annual Independent Bank Chili-Dawg Challenge is held in conjunction with the Ionia Autumn Celebration in downtown Ionia. Chili-Dawgs are $1 each and there will be up to 15 different vendors vying to be the crowd's chili-dawg of choice. Those with BIG appetites can enter the chili-dawg eating contest at 5:30 p.m. Proceeds will once again benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters. For more information, go to http://www.chili-dawg.com
Wine Tasting

A great opportunity to sample local wines and provide support for Big Brothers Big Sisters matches, the Annual Wine Tasting fundraiser takes place from 6 until 8:00 p.m. at Uncle John's Cider Mill in St. Johns. Tickets are $15.00 and can be purchased at Big Boy Restaurant in St. Johns or by contacting the agency at (877) 483-7145.
Bowl for Kids' Sake

It’s not about bowling, it’s about having fun and helping kids! Bowl for Kids' Sake is an annual fundraising event for all ages. Participants recruit teammates and commit to raising pledges to support Big Brothers Big Sisters.
Golf for Kids' Sake

Golf for Kids' Sake is our annual golf outing fundraiser. Our 2009 event took place on July 20th at Hawk Hollow Golf Course. This four-person scramble included a great day of golf, lunch at-the-turn, event contests & prizes, and a light dinner buffet with a silent auction.
