The administrative assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the VP Development & Marketing. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, 
professionalism, and the ability to multi-task projects as assigned by the VP. The candidate must have at least 2 years of relevant administrative support experience, preferably supporting a C-level executive. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required.

Salesforce Administrator – [Tampa, FL]

The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the support, optimization, and declarative development of our implementation of Salesforce and supporting technologies. The Administrator provides direct support to external users on platforms including but not limited to Salesforce, Okta, Namescape, and Active Directory in support of Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) national office and affiliate agencies. This position also supports the IT Department in the day to day operational functions such as the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of standard hardware/software systems technologies. This position requires excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills to support a diverse set of users from across the United States.

Development Manager – [Tampa, FL]

Big Brothers Big Sisters of America is recruiting for a Development Manager. This position is working for the National Office located in Tampa, FL. The Development Manager is responsible for managing an active portfolio of current corporate and foundation partnerships and prospective partners. This role will be central to developing and retaining partnerships for the Fund Development Department. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven ability to manage the proposal process, including production of high quality documents with an emphasis on writing and editing.
