The Director of Programs is responsible for the successful administration of the program including creation, maintenance and growth of a quality program through effective community outreach and agency sponsored activities; continuously fosters strong community interaction that brings in new prospects, community partners, volunteer mentors and pro-actively finds at-risk youth.

The Director of Development; Individual Giving is responsible for building and managing relationships with individual donors/prospects and foundations to maximize financial donations to help BBBSLI achieve its fundraising goals.
The Grants Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that result in the successful solicitation of philanthropic contributions from foundations, corporations, and government entities. This individual will be expected to meet and/or exceed stated funding goals yearly and work directly with other development/marketing positions within the organization.
