BBBSI seeks a Manager, Community Based Enrollment & Match. Through effective leadership and guidance, the Manager, Community Base Enrollment & Match will be responsible for the overall management of a team that effectively implements enrollment and match practices in accordance with the BBBS brand and BBBSA Standards of Practice. This will include supervision of an Enrollment and Match department to ensure high-level performance and delivery of services and includes positive utilization of Team Leader staff to ensure high-level performance of the team. This position requires some workday and weekend travel to BBBSI office locations and agency events within our 7-county service area in Southeastern PA (Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties) and Southern NJ (Burlington, Camden, and Gloucester Counties).
Bachelor’s Degree, strong oral and written communication skills, experience with technical databases and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience working with diverse cultures, youth, and families desired. Flexible schedule. Some irregular hours and travel necessary.
The Vice President of Development (VPD) is responsible for managing the agency’s Fund Development Team and envisioning its fund development program, which includes the continued growth and development of all revenue streams. The Fund Development Team oversees fundraising from individual donors, private foundations, corporate partners, government grants, United Way, and special events. The VPD also leads donor stewardship efforts, and oversees prospective donor research and database management.
