Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Mountain Region seeks an inspiring, collaborative, and innovative Chief Program Officer to oversee the wide variety of mentoring programs delivered to communities throughout N.M.

The Chief Program Officer (CPO) will report to the CEO and be responsible for the overall quality and capacity building of program services as well as program sustainability and growth through partnership development. They will also implement an ongoing process of program & staff development, galvanizing staff in delivering exceptional customer service to volunteers, youth, families, and community partners.  They must be motivated to foster a positive organizational culture ensuring a professionally thriving workforce grounded in our values and commitment to justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI) and trauma-informed practices.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum:
• Bachelor’s degree is required; master’s degree preferred and 5-7 years of related work experience with a track record of leadership, accomplishment, and customer service deliverables.
• Strong yet collegial management style reflecting the ability to manage and lead people and groups, develop leaders and teams, and build organization and staff capacity and promote individual and organizational success.
