Big Brothers Big Sisters of America is recruiting for a Development Manager. This position is working for the National Office located in Tampa, FL. The Development Manager is responsible for managing an active portfolio of current corporate and foundation partnerships and prospective partners. This role will be central to developing and retaining partnerships for the Fund Development Department. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven ability to manage the proposal process, including production of high quality documents with an emphasis on writing and editing.
The CDO is responsible for all the Development and Marketing Staff and serves as a member of the senior leadership team. The CDO is responsible for creating an atmosphere of philanthropy, developing philanthropy strategies, coordinating current fundraisers, grant writing, current grant management, donor software management, oversees the volunteer/mentor recruitment and development of resources to support the mentoring programs offered by Big Brothers Big Sisters.
The Director of Development; Individual Giving is responsible for building and managing relationships with individual donors/prospects and foundations to maximize financial donations to help BBBSLI achieve its fundraising goals.
