Veteran nonprofit fundraising executive brings nearly two decades of strategic revenue experience to advance BBBSA’s mission
TAMPA, FL – (September 8, 2025) – Big Brothers Big Sisters of America (BBBSA), the nation’s leading youth mentoring organization, announces Bryan Klopack as Chief Development Officer. In this role, Klopack will spearhead the organization’s comprehensive fundraising strategy and revenue generation initiatives to amplify BBBSA’s mission of creating and supporting transformative mentoring relationships in the lives of young people.
Driven by an unwavering commitment to youth development and nearly two decades of nonprofit leadership, Klopack brings a proven track record of building high-performing development teams, driving operational excellence, and orchestrating diverse revenue portfolios within prominent national organizations. His extensive background in corporate partnerships, individual giving, and major donor stewardship, combined with his expertise in storytelling, advocacy, and mission-driven brand alignment positions him to elevate BBBSA’s fundraising capabilities to new heights.

Klopack’s impressive career spans leadership roles at nationally recognized organizations including Reading is Fundamental and Special Olympics. Most recently, he served as Chief Growth Officer at Autism Speaks, where he led the development of a forward-looking revenue strategy integrating corporate partnerships, major gift efforts, and future-ready digital and grassroots engagement programs—positioning Autism Speaks to thrive in a rapidly shifting philanthropic landscape.
