The Express Dream Big Project is an ongoing giving and mentoring initiative that provides opportunities and resources for every generation of doers, makers, movers and shakers.
Express Partners with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America Express aims to accelerate BBBSA’s Big Futures Program, which is focused on post-secondary success, to empower young people to reach their full potential. Express’ goal is to drive nationwide impact for the Big Futures program through fundraising and engagement. Since 2021, we’ve raised over $1.6 million, impacting 25,000 youth in 125+ agencies.

Becoming a Big is more important than ever as we now navigate the post-pandemic effects on youth mental health, as well as economic and societal inequities.
Big Brothers Big Sisters serves young people from age five through young adulthood in one-to-one mentoring friendships. Bigs and Littles hang out 2-3 times a month for a few hours doing normal, everyday activities, like seeing a movie, doing homework, playing games, going out to eat, or just hanging out!
Each match is supported by a dedicated Match Support Specialist who is always there to provide resources and support specific to the Little's age. With a Big in their life, Littles in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program are empowered to ignite their potential as they grow in their self-esteem, earn better grades, and develop a lifelong friendship with their Big.
