While BBBSA’s workplace is a fully remote environment, we continue to value the power of in-person connection. In addition to virtual collaboration, we annually convene the full team for an in-person conference to foster connection, awareness, alignment, and deeper employee engagement. Monthly, we gather for virtual all-staff meetings, host casual connects with our CEO, chat it up via Teams groups, and participate in conferences and mission-driven events of various formats that celebrate our work and reinforce our shared commitment to youth empowerment.
